Privacy & Security
The privacy policy for the viewers and users of mrhardwoods.com is simple.  We do not sell or share our users information with third parties.  Mr. Hardwoods’ business model is to provide a convenient platform for the cost effective purchases of equipment and supplies related to the installation, sanding, and finishing of hardwood floors.  We do not generate revenue by selling or sharing contact lists and our users information.
Ordering
We request information from the user on our order form.  A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit cards are accepted.  Orders will not process without all necessary information.  Leasing programs, on larger equipment purchases, are available upon request.  All prices, terms, product availability, and conditions on our Web site are subject to change without notice.  All specials and promotions limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotional products. 
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to US destinations within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday for items in stock usually ship the same day upon order verification.  Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST and on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or next non-holiday business day.  Mr. Hardwoods is not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages or downtime arising from shipping delays.  All prices F.O.B. Derby, VT except as otherwise stated.
Returns & Replacements
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects.  If an item proves to be defective within 15 days of the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you wish to return a product that is unopened, you may return it for exchange or refund within 15 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer’s return policy).  If you have opened the product and/or broken any factory seals, the product cannot be returned.  Sale items and items that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  All requests for a Return Authorization must describe the reason for the return. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization number.  Once you have been issued a Return Authorization number, you must ship the product so that it reaches us within 10 days.  All Return Authorization numbers must appear on the shipping labels. ** Special Orders and Sale Items cannot be returned for refund. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.  Refunds on returned products will be subject to deductions for outbound shipping charges for the original shipment plus a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) or $10.00, whichever is greater.
