Wood due net 10 days from receipt. Supplies due net 30 days from receipt. A 1½% per month service charge will be added to all past due accounts. Lease financing available. All other C.O.D.

A $20.00 service charge will be imposed on all returned checks.   We accept checks with proper I.D., such as Florida Drivers License.   We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.   All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.   No returns unless authorized by Mr. Hardwoods, Inc. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on authorized returned merchandise. No returns on special orders. No returns on wood, Shipping charges are non-refundable.   Mr. Hardwoods, Inc., as a distributor, does not offer warranties on products manufactured by other companies. Copies of the manufacturer's written warranties on products we sell are available from our office upon request.   Contact our office for quantity pricing.   All customers must file freight damage claims with the carrier.   The customer must determine before use that products purchased from Mr. Hardwoods, Inc. meet specifications of the job, as to size, specie, color, finish and pattern. No refunds, replacement cost or back charges for labor will be honored by Mr. Hardwoods, Inc. for flooring already installed. Hardwood floors are a product of nature and therefore grain, color and texture will be subject to variance.
